Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or C & N Supply. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. C & N Supply also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in C & N Supply's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or C & N Supply, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.

Payment Methods

We only accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax

California customers will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax. Resellers holding valid resale permits/vendors license must request tax exempt status in advance by mailing or faxing CA Exemption Certificate to our sale department.

Minimum Order

There are no minimum order requirement for placing orders at C & N Supply.

Even though C & N Supply will take measures to protect and secure all customer-related information from loss, misuse or theft; C & N Supply can not guarantee that all electronic commerce is completely secure. Returns Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase, we are glad to refund your money, less any applicable shipping and restocking fee listed. Please read the following RMA policy: ? Products are returnable except special or custom or used orders. ? The product has not been installed and is returned n the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer in new condition. ? Customer return request must be made within fourteen (14) days of invoice of order. ? Customer has thirty (30) days from invoice issue date to return product. ? Customer must fill out RMA Request Form. RMA# will be issued by email when customer agrees to the term & conditions. ? All returns must be shipped freight PRE-PAID by the customer. ? The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the carton. A copy of the RMA must be in the box of return product. Packages delivered to C & N Supply without a RMA # will not be accepted. ? You should return all the parts that C & N Supply included with the product. ? Refund will be issue based on the invoice price at the time of sale, and we will refund the amount to the same credit that you make the purchase. A 25% restocking and/or 10% re-packing fee will be assessed. ? C & N Supply should not liable for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from the products or use of the product. ? C & N Supply WILL NOT be held responsible for any labor, installation and/ore replacement charges sought after by the purchaser or a third party. ? Any items returned to C & N Supply without approval and RMA# will not be accepted and returned at the customer?s expense. ? All C & N Supply?s products are warranted, however any tampering will void the warranty. ? All returned items must be unused product, sent complete, with original packaging, without missing parts. ? For 30 days from the date of purchase, C & N Supply will replace free of charge to the original purchaser only, product that fails due to defect in material or workmanship. Shipping costs will not be refunded if you do not elect replacement of the defective product as shipping charges would be incurred regardless. ? C & N Supply will not refund any shipping charges based on finish expectations or color variations as viewed by a computer monitor or by error in intended use. ? Shortage claims must be made within seven (7) days from the date of material receipt. C & N Supply will not be responsible for any claims made after 7 days from the date of material receipt. ? C & N Supply shall have no obligation under this warranty for damages caused by abuse, temperatures below 33F and above 180F, misuse, accident, improper installation, salt water damage, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear or damage during shipping. ? Products returned that have been installed, missing or damaged packaging, open screw hardware packages, and/or missing parts, will be accessed a restocking fee that will vary from 25% up to the full purchase price. If you return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and you will have the option to file a claim with your shipping agent.

* This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including by not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

Packaging and Shipping Guidelines: When packaging your merchandise for return, please take the time to package them with care. Every part should be enclosed in the internal packaging material you receive with your order. Place any screws in a separate bag and seal the bag. 1. Wrap all other individual piece in bubble wrap if available or in newspaper. Any part that us not individually wrapped and is floating around the box will cause damages in transit. 2. Use bubble wraps or crumples newspaper to separate loose fitting parts. 3. Package merchandise to be returned securely in an outer box. 4. Purchase insurance for the return is suggested since C & N Supply are not responsible for lost or damages in return shipping. We recommend UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post.
